This looks to me
as though Bill
Looman himself is
the one behind the
roofing nails that
were placed in my
driveway and the
driveways of
others in Beaver
Run. He may
not have put them
there himself, but
I believe that he
not only knows who
did it, but he
ordered it to be
done. If he
believes, in his
own words, "someone is liable to get hurt or maybe even
killed,"
why would he not
want to report
this to the
Sheriff's
Department and
tell them who did
it? Unless,
he is the one
responsible?

A few minutes before the roofing nails were put in my driveway there was a white pickup seen backing into my driveway. That pickup is the one that ran off of the road at the pavement on Beaver Run Rd. this past weekend. Click on the link below to see a tire from the truck and the tire prints from my driveway, they are the same.
Since you claim to have had nails put in your driveway, too; this is our common ground. I am inviting you to go to the Sheriff's department with me to take these pictures and give them this person's name, I have the tag number and someone is looking through the neighborhood to find out where this person lives. I also have some other evidence that I will discuss with the investigator; I think I have enough for a conviction.

It appears to me
that Mr. Looman has
no interest in
bringing the person
responsible for
putting roofing
nails in "his"
driveway to
justice. I
wonder why.
Could it be a friend
of his? Could
this truck belong to
someone who works
for him or the
Frith's? Did
Mr. Looman really
have roofing nails

Could Looman himself
be behind the "Nail

Why, after all that
rhetoric from him,
is Looman so quiet
now? He has no
problem calling the
Law when someone
points a finger at
him, or has kindling
in their front yard,
yet he can't go to
the Sheriff about
someone putting
nails in
driveways.
We
do know one thing
for sure, The
Loomans work for the
Friths. Now,
we know the rest of
the story.
Prolog:
It must
first be said that
we have been
silent since the
new association
has been formed,
no public
criticism, no
dissention and
this web site has
been silent.
Most of us do not
consider ourselves
to be members of
the new
association.
We have given them
every opportunity
to prove
themselves to be
independent of the
Friths and working for the
improvement of the
Beaver Run
roads. Not
being a member of
their association,
I'm not going to criticize
the quality of the
roadwork itself,
for now, but will
comment on other
issues that are
important.
Bill
Looman's Rampage,
again:
The most
important issue to
this community,
aside from the
roads, is Bill
Looman's latest
rampage and the apparent
Mafia-style harassment
of some
individuals by
some association
members and at
least one board
member.

We as Landowners need to get this vandalism in check. It is my understanding that Mr. Neal has experienced the same problem that my wife and I have experienced recently. We also have had roofing nails deposited at the top of our driveway and on properties that my wife has to show throughout Beaver Run. I honestly thought that it was the typical actions of the Mutineers. It amazes me that they are also being targeted.
We need to start a Neighborhood Watch to protect ourselves in my opinion!!!

Just as you guys were pulling this community together, these travesties occur.
We need to get this community to realize that you just cannot break the law! Things that are currently happening are, for instance, Meth manufacturing on property being squatted on by a known felon after he lost his property, breaking and entering, criminal destruction of private property..... This is in process of being taking care of by our county and state officials, as well as the bank that owns the property that are based out of New York....
Extreme defiance of all county, state, and federal laws.
Complaining of the road conditions then being the first to disapprove of the improvements because they do not want the county government to gain access to their illegal activities. Just another opinion.
Being so high on their own product that they don't remember the location of their flower beds in they road right of way which has been legally documented as 30 foot from the center of the existing roads...... Hello.

Why is it that the only response Bill Looman can come up with to people who don't want to join your association is to accuse them of being meth dealers etc? Why isn't he accusing us all of being pedophiles the way Deanna Fry accused Jimmy Neal? How do you people decide who to accuse of manufacturing meth and who to accuse of being pedophiles? How is it exactly that you people decided that anyone who doesn't want to be a part of your
association deserves to be slandered like that?
I've never known of any other association that does that. I mean, if we don't want to join in with you then perhaps you should offer some incentives other than having the grader driver plow our flowers under or destroy our driveways and then having Looman, who dresses his wife in daisy dukes and sends her door to door to the single guys to get them to sign your papers, make outrageous and baseless accusations against them?
Belinda and Cowboy were the victim of Looman's vicious accusations of drug dealing last year. They have friends here who will never join your association because of that particular incident when Looman forced his way into their home in a fit of temper after threatening their son and then threatening to call the law into their homes on baseless accusations of drug manufacturing. Now, he seems to be accusing me and my husband of the same thing?
Why is Looman so desperate for members of the association that he's willing to make accusations like that against my husband? Mark is tested regularly as a part of his DOT
license and I'm a 63 year old grandmother. I was investigated thoroughly as only DFCS can do last year as part of qualifying as a foster parent. Both I and my home were approved after a rigorous investigation. My husband and I underwent
fingerprinting, background checks, drug testing , and a close and thorough investigation of my home. We were approved by them so how is it that Bill Looman sees fit to call us meth dealers and users?
That kind of vicious attack on the residents here is the reason no one trusts you. Bill Looman and Deanna Fry's willingness to destroy the lives of anyone who gets in your way is causing you a real public relations nightmare.
Rather than having Bill Looman threaten and slander people and Randy Addison do needless damage to our property and David Fry throw nails in our driveways and Deanna Fry stand up in public and make vicious accusations, why not try making friends with your neighbors and offering some reason why we would want to be a part of what you're doing?
That stunt that Looman and Fry had Deanna pull at that meeting last summer made it pretty clear that you folks are willing to completely destroy someone's life for the sake of intimidating people into being a part of your association. Looman patrolling the
neighborhood and making reckless and dangerous accusations against people is not helping you. We have to ask ourselves what is in it for you and Looman and Fry that you're willing to destroy people for the sake of a neighborhood association. Unless there's somehow money in it for you or some other reward, that makes no sense.
So, if we don't all run away in fear of Looman's accusations that all non members here are drug dealers, then what next? Will our houses burn down? Why must any association here always be run like the Mafia?
I'm trying my best to live here in my home and bother no one. I applaud any kind of improvements made to these roads as I've lost several vehicles to them over the years and traveling down Beaver Run Road in particular is a real chore for me. It's actually about time that some of the money that we pay for the road maintenance actually goes on the roads. I pay road fees to Frith every month and this is the first time in years anyone has spent any of it on the roads. But, for you people to be completely disrespectful of our property in the process is a symptom of something other than a desire to improve the neighborhood.
I went out of my way to compliment Randy Addison on the work he's been doing and to ask him specifically if I needed to move the plants that I've had on my husband's lot for the past 12 years. He told me that I didn't need to worry about them and that he had no need to do any ditches in that area and that they wouldn't be disturbed. I would have gladly moved those plants had he told me what he planned to do. Seems funny that he left saying he was done here and then David Fry is up there pointing to our lot and Addison suddenly changed his mind and found reason to plow into the lot with no apparent need.
If you expect to ever make any progress toward bringing this neighborhood together, you need to call off Looman and Fry and get them to stop their vicious attacks against anyone who disagrees with them here. Not wanting to join an association that is under control of Jim Frith and his lawyer shouldn't make us your enemies. If you changed your bylaws to exclude Frith, then perhaps you should make those changes open for view to the rest of us. Some of us might consider membership if you would then get rid of your hit men, Looman and Fry. Looman has established himself as a Frith employee which pretty much means that he has no credibility here with anyone. What Deanna Fry did at the meeting also was pretty much the end of any idea anyone had of wanting any part of what you're doing. These people are a big detriment to your efforts. No one is going to want to be a part of any association that employs the kind of intimidation tactics and threats that these people have been using.
You know, Tom, the people you and Looman have branded as "trash" were here making payments on property and paying association dues long before you and Looman moved in here. If you think we're all "trash" then why did you move into the neighborhood with us? Why didn't you move someplace where there are "your kind of people"? It seems really elitist and unreasonable for you to move in here and try to force the rest of us to live according to your standards. We were here first. You could have chosen someplace else.
Your unwillingness to distance yourself from Bill Looman and his wife and David Fry and his wife and their insulting and slanderous attacks on the residents here is your main problem. You've allied yourself with the wrong people if you truly want to improve the quality of life here.

from an inheritance,
it was not
earned.
County
Taking
Responsibility of
Beaver Run Roads:
The
new association is
telling people in
Beaver Run that
the county is going
to take over the
roads when they're
brought up to
"dirt road"
standards.
This is a
lie. The
following is from
the Commission
Chairman's
secretary:
He said that "there must have been some miscommunication" because what he and the other commissioners told Tom glover is that the county has no intention of taking the roads in Beaver Run unless they are widened and paved according to county and stat specs and the bridge is replaced and the roads signs put up and then each and every lot owner would have to issue the county a deed to their section of the road and even one person refusing to do so on any road would stop the whole thing. He
said that he did make
Glover understand that the county is insistent that they will no longer offer fire and police protection in the condition the roads were in at the time of their
meeting.
If
you look at the
old Restrictive
Covenants and the
deeds to
properties in
Beaver Run, they
all say that the
county will NEVER
take
responsibility for
these roads.
None of this is
new. We have
been talking to
commissioners
since 1995 about
taking the
roads. Jim
Frith built the
roads in such a
way that they
cannot be brought
to county and
state
standards.
Beaver
Run was not
designed to be a
nice neighborhood,
it was built to be
a scam for Jim and
Bonnie
Frith. This
neighborhood will
never be anything
more than what we
make of it.
The first 2 steps
to a better
subdivision are
for Bill Looman to
move out and for
the association to
get rid of Robert
Monroe as their
attorney and get
some good legal
advice from an
attorney who is not working
for the best
interests of Jim
and Bonnie
Frith.

Membership:
This
is an excerpt from
an email from Tom

"Now as far as joining the association, I do not know if you saw the
Sept. 3, 2008 court ruling on the legality of the association. But everyone that lives in Beaver Run are members, the judge ruled that the association applies to all land owners in Beaver Run
subdivision."
I

it, but I have a copy.
This ruling is on
the extension of
the Restrictive
Covenants beyond
20 years and has
no mention of any
association.
There was at least
one previous
ruling in
Magistrate court
stating that the
original
Restrictions were
not enforceable.

The people that are trying to pull this community together are suffering and we need to let the Sheriff's Dept know, so we can ensure the safety of our citizens in this community. This community has lawlessness for to many years! I am very stressed. People are squatting on other landowners properties, screaming that they own the roads when clearly the roads have been deeded to the LOA, and preventing improvements in this community by not paying the "Road Dues"
We need to start a neighborhood watch to protect the law abiding citizens of this community. Anyone that breaks the law should be living in prison. We have a number of felons that have done their time and are doing their part but some of our community still insist on being criminals that have to prey on our friends.

I support you and the board's idea of permitting the county to take over the roads through a proper deed transfer. I think that our county should be allowed to eliminate the squatter's, meth dealers, pot growers that are producing enough pot to sell, landowners that make a junk yard out of their property, improperly deposit their sewage beside their property, collect junk vans and cars on their property, along with 55 gallon blue plastic barrels, leave fuel containers at the entrance of their driveway, plant flowers in the road right of way..... Shall I continue?
My lawyers are on standby and one of them has taken some of these issues personal after his name was posted on a web site on a scale of justice.
He explained that he knew what a parody is, and he also explained to me when the first amendment is being abused to damage a persons reputation.
So let's enjoy the moment, and hope the landowners pull together and get some more gravel in here.

As you have accused someone above, you are looking for an owner of a white truck. If you glance at my trucks you will notice that they are all silver with highly visible blue reflective lettering. Your statement that my son turned around in
your driveway is very unlikely since he and all my employees have been given history of your colorful background and specific orders not to approach you in any situation.
It also amazes me how you can take one small statement of truth and change it to read the way you want, just to argue your point.
I assure you that there is NO INTENTION for anyone in my family to trespass on your property! We would be afraid to enter your property for fear of injury from the trip hazards throughout your mother's land sir. I will remind you that the laws are on the books for everyone to abide by, even you and your friends.
Figure I should make the same statement. Thanks for the idea.
Over 2 weeks ago my wife and I were targeted by someone with nails also and we just shook our heads, repaired our tires, and moved on. One of her contractors had 3 of his tires damaged also. I personally think it is a cowardly act and it matched intimidation tactics that have targeted people in this community, in the past.
I am sorry you have been targeted, like us, and I honestly want this community to pull together and "work together" just like the judge recommended to you and I when we were in court. Please assure me that you feel the same.
I think this board is doing a tremendous job with what little money they have and support them in every way I can. Hopefully they have or will get enough money in their account, to continue to lay more gravel and make these roads safer. Maybe we will get lucky and everyone will pay their dues and the good progress will continue.
In the spirit of cooperation, If you need help making corrections to your driveway, let me know and I will help you. I am not a stranger to physical labor. You will have to supply correct material of course.

is a deed
transfer of the
Beaver Run roads
dated in 1991.
When my family
purchased this
property in Beaver
Run it was
referenced by a plat
recorded at the
Clerk of Court
office and the
County Tax office.
That plat shows the
boundaries extending
to the center of the
road. We
purchased this
property in 1987.
This document was
filed in 1991.
So, how can Jim
Frith deed that
portion of the road
that my family owns
to the "Beaver
Run Land Owners
Association?"
Conversely, When he
sells a lot, since
this deed was
recorded, these lots
all are shown
extending to the
center of the road.
How can he sell a
lot that includes
property that is
listed as being
owned by the
"Beaver Run
Land Owners
Association?" This
document was
Notarized by Gray
M. Lindgren, but
this signature does
not match other
documents we have
that were supposed
to have been
notarized by
him.
Again, I would
like very much for
Mr. Looman to state
what laws my friends
and I are violating.
I addressed some of
it in response to
his first email
above. Blanket
statements such as
this can be for no
other purpose than
to inflame others
against us, in my
opinion.
Concerning a
parody web site,
there was a famous Supreme
Court case in
the early 80s that I
believe would side
with me. Falwell
vs. Flynt.
Read all about
it. Also, when
Mr. Looman tried to
have me
arrested, the
judge made it clear
to him that I have a
First Amendment
right to express my
opinion, yet he
still wants to argue
this point and
suggest that I
should keep my
opinions to
myself. Well,
I tried to do that,
but a ditch across
my driveway, nails
in it and all this
crap from Bill
Looman make that
rather
difficult.
Who
is the real problem
in Beaver Run?
If Tom Glover is
right and the Friths
have walked away and
left the roads for
the new association
to care for, then
who is causing all
of the problems in
Beaver Run and why
are the roads still
nearly impassable at
times?
Beaver Run's
#1 problem is Bill
Looman. To
put it bluntly, he
is a social snob and
bigot. He and
his wife inherited a
big chunk of change
that he used to buy
his lot and build
his home. He
decided to buy in a
neighborhood that is
primarily occupied
by low income
people, and now he
wants to impose his
financial standards
on everybody
else. He is
quick to criticize,
yet never offers any
help.
Here I'll use
myself as an
example. At
the turn of the
century I was making
very good money and
was making changes
on our lot that
created what was to
be temporary
mess. My wife
died from cancer and
I got sick.
What had been a
lucrative career for
me for over 40 years
suddenly died and
left me unemployed
about the same
time. I've had
neither the finances
nor the physical
ability to finish
the project that I
began years
ago.
For over a year a
few very close
friends and neighbors
have been helping me to
straighten out this
mess and get back on
my feet. These
people have very
limited resources
and time themselves,
yet have made a huge
difference in my
life and
circumstances.
My life is slowly
getting back on
track and life is
getting
better.
On the other hand
there is Bill
Looman. All he
has is criticism,
yet he has more
resources by far
than all of my
friends put
together. It
seems that all he
knows how to do is
kick a man when he
is down. All
of the people he
mentions above, and falsely
accuses of crimes,
are normal people
struggling to get
by. Again,
kicking people while
they are down.
He moved into a
neighborhood of low
income people and
now is demanding
that these people
spend money they
don't have to bring
their standards up
to what he thinks
they should
be....This is Social
Bigotry.
These are hard
times for most
people these days
and all Bill Looman
can do is criticize
and cause more problems for
people already up to
their necks in
problems. When
your neighbor is
down you should
extend a hand, not a
Jack-Boot.
Having said all
of this, in all
fairness, if Mr.
Looman wants to
respond I will
publish it on this
site in a prominent
place. This
offer is open to
anyone in Beaver
Run.
Then
there is David Fry
and the "Little
Woman."
What purpose does
it serve for these
people to falsely
accuse me, publicly,
of being a
pedophile? I'm
not the only one
angry about
this. Everyone
who knows me is
outraged; they
realize that everyone is
vulnerable to these
attacks and that
they, also,
have been slandered
by
association.
What is in the
makeup of people who
would commit such an
act. An
accusation such as
this, if believed,
can put my life in
danger.
What purpose did
it serve for David
and Deanna Fry to
direct the operator
of the loader to
tear up my driveway
and the other
properties of my
friends and
associates?
These were selfish
and vindictive acts
that have done
nothing but cause
more problems for
this entire
neighborhood.
Just when some
people were
beginning to believe
that their new
association just might
be divorced from the
Friths and may be
working for the
improvement of Beaver
Run, David and wife
stepped up to the plate
and showed us that
it's the same old
business as usual,
the same tactics that
the Friths have used
for over a
decade.

I'm not really
sure about
Tom. I haven't
figured out exactly where he
stands on these issues,
but as the president
of his association,
the buck stops with
him. If he
allows these
problems to
continue, then he is
part of the problem,
a very big
part.
Warning
Bill
Looman's rants above
could be an
indication that he
is "setting
the stage"
to have certain
people in Beaver Run
"set up"
and may be planning
to plant drugs on
properties in order
to affect an
arrest(s).
We can figure no
other reason for his
repeated baseless
accusations.
