Jim Frith's Notary Commission Revoked

Mutineers Win One

Investigation is still ongoing as we are asking for criminal charges and have more evidence

The Fulton County Clerk of Court  revoked James L. Frith Jr.'s Notary commission as a result of our complaint about his improper notarizations of the renewal of the Beaver Run Covenants and Restrictions.  Documents that are notarized improperly are just plain no good.   There isn't much more to say on that issue, except that we have contacted the The Fulton County Clerk of Court again with more evidence that we believe to be forgery in this same attempt to renew the restrictions.  To see this evidence click here.
